Ótimo restaurante gourmet do hotel Belmond. O menu é inspirado na gastronomia local e brasileira. O serviço foi muito gentil, e o ambiente é muito bem decorado.

Wonderful dinner - roasted beets with a goat cheese, combined with a lemon ravioli and a tomahawk ribeye with a chimichurri sauce, followed up by banana dessert
Truly enjoyed all of our meals! The scallops and wagyu were highlights food wise. I also thought the corn dessert was a standout for most unique. They offer a variety of mock tails using their fresh fruits.
We could give 6/5 stars if we could.
The food was exceptional much like the service. Our waitress Maria was the best ; friendly, professional. We would go back in a heartbeat.
We ordered the lamb chops which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside as well as the medallions. 10/10
