Appartamento completo di tutto a 50mt dalla spiaggia e 300mt dalla via principale, ma abbastanza isolato dalla parte super turistica dell'isola. E' situato in un posto tranquillo e i proprietari sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili; gestiscono anche un mini market attaccato agli appartamenti con le cose necessarie di prima necessità. Zona tranquilla, non pericolosa e ottima base per fare trekking e visitare la parte bassa dell'isola.
The location is amazing, close to the center, the banks, shop and whatever you need. The beaches are very close too. The owner was very nice and he speaks many languages, he also has a little shop in the house very useful. The house was amazing, spacious, clean and with all the comfort. It was a delicious staying
Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Pas de petit déjeuner mais là propriétaire tient une petite épicerie juste en dessous. Situé au bord de la plage mais un peu excentré du centre ville. Réseau wifi au logement. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et agréables, le logeur parle français. Je recommande cette location.
Stayed here for 1 night and I liked it a lot. Perfectly clean, quiet and friendly. The beach is just 200 meters away. Places to eat and drink a beer are a little bit further but still very near. The buss of the town centre is 15 minutes walk away. That keeps this place quiet.
The lady speaks good English and she helps you out if needed. The small shop can be used on basis of trust. Don’t ruin that trust. The place is way to nice for this.

I travelled to Sal solo, and I'm glad I've chosen to stay at Casa de Tanche. It a lovely hotel with a mini market, and a kind and helpful husband and wife runs it. And it is very close to the beach. My room was big and spacious and was cleaned every day. The owners are always willing to help to make your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I enjoyed my time on Sal Island and my stay at Casa de Tanche!

I had a single room on ground floor and felt comfortable while staying there. The owners, Tanche and Linda, are friendly and speak English. I had everything I needed - small fridge, clean bathroom, fresh towels. I brought a kettle, but you can ask Tanche to lend you one. They also run a small supermarket in the same house which I found convenient. I got there fresh croissants in the morning for breakfast and cold beer in the evening. The room was cleaned every day, I also got fresh towels every other day. Casa Tanche is a 15 minutes walk to the pier and a 5 minutes walk to the first (not so nice) beach. The road in front of Casa Tanche is not paved, but it is well lit, cause there are street lanterns. I liked the walks to and from Casa Tanche and felt safe at any time. You get to see normal Cabo Verde life and don't live in a tourist bubble far away from everything. Most hotels in Santa Maria are an hours walk or further away from town. I'm a female solo traveler and can really recommend Casa Tanche.
Hem estat 3 nits en un dels apartaments de Casa de Tanche. Estava ben equipat i molt net. A baix hi ha un supermercat on pots trobar queviures i també et preparen l'esmorzar a bon preu. A més, ho porta un matrimoni encantador!
Si el que busques és integrar-te en un barri autèntic de Cap Verd, aquest és el teu lloc! Està molt ben situat, a prop de platges no tan turístiques com les altres i un tarda fins i tot vam veure una tortuga. Si reserves aquí estaràs col.laborant amb la gent local i no amb les grans empreses i accionistes que tenen resorts per mig món.
