We went for my birthday and it was the best experience. The food was amazing, but what was even better was the service. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We had never been there before so didn't know what to expect, we were more then impressed. The staff was so great at explaining how everything worked and giving us recommendations. I highly recommend this place, it was so much fun
Gift for family event. First experience with this type service. Food was top rate and abundant, took home quite a bit for another day, wait staff superb (very helpful explaining choices and how to’s), cozy atmosphere.
Recommend you at least try it!!
We drove 75 miles to dine here because the closer location never reopened after the pandemic and it was just as good as I remember!! The dry rubbed pork was a delicious surprise! 😋 the dessert was fabulous of course. Service was great!
Been trying to go but reservations fill up fast. For us last minute reservation makers, this place is a fight.

I got their version of an espresso martini. Yummm. Pricey but worth it.
We got the meal for two. 1 cheese fondue, 2 salads, main course, and chocolate fondue.
Everything was delicious and were already plan our next trip.
Highly recommend for a fun night out.

I had never been. It was so good. Great atmosphere. The food was delicious. Everything was fresh and well prepared.
My partner is Vegan and I am not, which makes it hard to go out to eat sometimes. Melting Pot was very accommodating of this and set us up at a 2 burner table so we could each have what we enjoy. We also bought a bottle of wine to take with us after our filling meal. Delicious food and friendly staff. 5 stars across the board!

The food and drinks were out of this world, but what we keep talking about is the service and the friendliness of everyone who worked there! Our waitress was fantastic. The manager who came by was so kind. The servers and bussers were delightful to interact with. We are so happy we chose to celebrate our engagement here!
Pleasantly surprised 🙀 with the experience. I had never done fondue before and did not know what to expect. The staff broke it down for us on how to fondue.
They were attentive and genuinely dedicated to making sure my friend and I had an amazing experience. We shared the dinner for two, but honestly we feel it was easily enough for 3 to 4 people to comfortably share.
We can't wait to go back and feast again!
This is an amazing date place. I love their flaming turtle chocolate fondue. The service is really friendly and awesome. If you love fondues, this is the place to go. Please make sure to get reservations up front as they are usually fully booked. They also give parking validation.
