Top Mexican food, the best this side of the Atlantic, well worth a visit as it is consistently very good. The Chilli Roja is the best but be careful if you haven't a flame proof tongue!! Chocolate Tequila shots all round afterwards as a thank you for your custom are always good to....And now to Helens Old Town Sports Bar for some great craic!!
Our party had quesadillas, nachos, fajitas and enchiladas followed by brownies and crepes. Everything was amazing and is the best food we've eaten in Lanzarote so far! Super friendly staff and such a lovely atmosphere.
Emmas Cantina hat uns zum zweiten Mal verzaubert! In diesem kleinen, echten mexikanischen Restaurant durften wir kulinarische Genüsse erleben, die uns direkt nach Mexiko entführten. Unsere Quesadillas als Vorspeise waren sehr lecker, und die Burritos sowie das "Chili Rojo" als Hauptgang waren einfach vorzüglich.
Die Sangria war erfrischend und abgestimmt auf die würzigen Aromen der mexikanischen Küche. Das Ambiente im Restaurant war liebevoll gestaltet und schuf eine herrlich gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Insgesamt war unser Abend bei Emmas Cantina sehr zufriedenstellend. Wenn wir nochmal in Lanzarote sind, werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, um mehr von diesen köstlichen Speisen zu kosten!

They don't seem huge portions but they really filling, even a bowl of nachos are a decent size and the flavours are amazing, spicy hot or whatever suits your pallette..

La atención por parte de los camareros ha sido excelente, en especial de Anastasia. Toda la comida estaba riquísima. El pico de gallo y el guacamole son una delicia. Puedes pedir sin picante si no te va el picante. Recomiendo las chimichangas de pollo y los nachos con queso 😄 sin duda volveremos.
Emma's Cantina, the new version down by the harbour. Apparently Emma sold her business to these new owners.
The food is slightly less authentic than Emma's but still tasty and filling.
Has a good range of dishes and cocktails.
Tequila Sunrise is always a good idea.
The new premises would benefit from lower lighting and some candles. It has a bit of a fast food restaurant feel to it which is the complete opposite to the old premises.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Cenamos bien, aunque teníamos las expectativas altas por las reseñas. La costilla suuuper jugosa y la salsa muy rica. Los nachos bien.
Came across this place by accident while looking on Google maps for what was available. Was pleasantly surprised to see Mexican right in the middle of the old town. Parking was easy with a large car park across the road. Welcome was friendly and quick. We were seated indoors and the food order was taken quickly. I went for a quesadilla starter. Chillie poppers. And an enchilada for the main. Which was absolutely huge. All the food was very good. Personally it was to mild though for me. And didn’t have the heat of most Mexicans. Just my personal preference. Maybe I should have ordered a different way and ask for it with more spice. But not sure. Staff were very friendly and cost was pretty good for good quality food. All in all a very nice stay. And nice to have and option away from all the steaks and tapas available at most places.

Really nice little restaurant. Great food, nice friendly staff and great atmosphere. Dined here with four friends and food was fresh and brought out to us within very little time of each other. Good service. Would recommend.
Pedimos la chimichanga de pollo y la chili rojo... Ambas cosas buenísimas! Y el chili decían que picaba y efectivamente picaba como debe ser. Muy contenta con la elección del sitio y la comida. Dan chupitos con la cuenta y el de mango está rico rico. 100% recomendable ir.
Nos ha gustado mucho y hemos repetido. Servicio amable y buena comida a buen precio. Hemos reservado la dos veces ya que el local suele estar lleno
